Whoop, Whoop! Happy November!

I love November:
- it's my son's birthday (age undisclosed ;)
- it's my grandson's birthday (two this month)
- it's crispy outside
- it's time to start thinking about Christmas!

I've been thinking about the Intentional Lifestyle for 2025 and one of the things I've noticed is how I start my morning can set the tone for the whole day!

Whether it starts rushed or calm that energy seems to carry over.

With that in mind I've created 7 things you can try to create a conscious morning habit.

7 Ways To Create A Conscious Morning Habit

  1. The First Breath Of Awareness: slow your morning down by being conscious of your breath. Peace is your natural state. Allow your breath to reconnect with your true nature.
  2. Gratitude: The Gentle Awakening: upon awakening, remind yourself, 'I am enough'. This aligns you with the truth of your own perfection. Gratitude naturally arises from here.
  3. Set Gentle Intentions: When you set an intention like 'Today I choose peace' you are not forcing anything. You are simply allowing your natural state to lead the way.
  4. Trust Yourself: One of the most freeing things you can realise is that you are already whole, and that you can trust yourself in every moment. Start your day with 'What feels right for me?'
  5. Only Thought Holds You Back: Allow yourself to let go of your labels today. They don't define you. When you awaken repeat the mantra 'I am not my labels'
  6. Baby Steps Pave The Way: Life is lived moment by moment. Today, commit to taking one baby step at a time. This will increase your feeling of presence and peace.
  7. Bringing It All Together: Your Sacred Morning Habit: Create a ritual or habit that works for you, combining breath, gratitude, intention, self-trust and gentle action you'll step into each day with peace, purpose and clarity.

    Remember 'you are enough, exactly as you are'.
